Karen J. Greenhouse, PhD (c), MFT, is President of Karen Greenhouse Associates, a Dental Management Consulting Firm in California founded in 1982. Ms. Greenhouse is known for her ability to help dentists and their staff raise their productivity, and increase their profits, while creating a more harmonious work environment.

She specializes in raising the Emotional Intelligence of the entire dental team, helping to resolve office conflicts, creating team harmony, hiring excellent staff, and improving Inter-Office Communication between doctor and staff.

Being a Graduate of the School of Psychology at UCLA, Ms. Greenhouse geared her 27 year dental consulting career toward helping dental professionals communicate with each other more effectively, so as to enhance patient care, and deliver a higher level of professional service.

She has mediated scores of dental partnerships whose personality differences got in the way of practice effectiveness.  Karen is especially known for her ability to work with all types of dental practices in California, strengthening teamwork and re-invigorating the team's passion for working together again.

With a license in Marriage and Family Therapy, in the state of California, Karen blends the fields of psychology and management to help doctors and staff realize their practice goals.

She has been a contributing author for numerous dental journals and magazines across the nation.  Ms. Greenhouse has conducted seminars for UCLA, USC, and Loma Linda Universities, as well as for National and International dental organizations, including The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The California Society of Pediatric Dentists, The Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, The American Society of Dentistry for Children, and the American Society of Periodontists.
